“Ithink now more than ever it’s it’s so important to focus on mental health and encouraging guys to be more open and you know reach out for help if they need it. But also to try and improve themselves and try and kind of combat or tackle the setbacks that they’re facing in life. So, you know, most guys won’t talk about their feelings, or won’t talk about, what’s going wrong in their lives. Most guys hide their vulnerabilities, most guys would be talking about how great this is or how strong they are. You know, when things are going right or when life’s going their way then they’ll tell you about it so yeah I think it’s important to shine light on on this kind of issue.”
