In order to purchase a suit, you’ll first have to set up an account with us. Once you’ve begun the account creation process, we are going to ask you a series of questions that will help our tailors get to know your style preferences and your preferred fit. Once you’ve started going through this process please provide us with as much information for our tailors as possible. This will help guarantee your preferred fit.
The first step is going to be your basic information. This includes your height, weight, preferred fit, and a few other easy details. Up next, we’ll need some more information on your measurements. With just a few of these details, our algorithm (made for us by a mathematician) can determine your suit size with 90% accuracy. Or, if you know them all, you can give them all and your suit will be custom made to your exact measurements.
Up next, you can put some information in about the areas you’ve found to need extra help. For example, if you notice your shirts are always too long in the sleeves, but too short in the chest, let us know! We’ll take this into account when we make your suit, so you don’t have to fix that yourself.
Our next step is one of our favorites. Did somebody say photoshoot? We’re kidding, of course. But this section of the account creation process asks you to upload 4 head to toe images of yourself for our tailors to see your body type and your posture. Please relax during these photos and stand how you would normally.
Finally, give us some insight into your posture, if you can. This makes it easier for our designers to know exactly what fit to give you so that our suits lie perfectly against you.
BONUS: At any given time, you can select “Save For Later” – and all of these options can be filled out and updated in your account portal, where you can track your orders, keep up with events, and more.
